Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us by email before sending the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
